This past Monday I had the pleasure of chatting with a few Wedding Bootcamp vendors about wedding trends and bridal advice. As a bride, I can imagine it is hard to disseminate wedding information and make decisions about which vendors to work with. Enjoy some tips and tricks of the trade from a few of our wedding industry experts including Mexico Tourism Board, Bright Bird Photography and Ketubah Graphia. Stay tuned for tips from Sperry Tents, Praez Occasions and Awesome 80’s Prom later this week!
Trends: Brides are into bright, bold colors for wedding reception design. Many brides are acting more daring in their event style with eclectic and cultural touches incorporated into design.
Advice for Mexico travel: Mexico is extremely diverse and has much more to offer than sandy beaches. Mexico is filled with adventure, cultural experiences, amazing nature and fantastic local food.

Trends: Many brides are going for a vintage feel with handmade, crafty design elements. Artisanal elements are popular as well.
Advice for selecting a photographer: It is important to like the personality and energy of your photographer. A wedding photographer is with you for your entire special day and it is important to feel a great connection with them.
Trends: There has been a return to handmade Ketubahs featuring mixed media and using a simple and timeless palette. Ketubahs can be extended to be a declaration of love and are not just limited to Jewish tradition. Ketubahs also can be customized to include Hebrew and English and should reflect your style as a couple.
Advice for Couples: Make your vows personal and unique.
