With thousands of wedding videos being constantly uploaded, it is a sure thing that some will go unnoticed. However, one wedding video that was uploaded in October 2008 has reached the eyes of millions and has gone viral, attracting more than 30 million viewers. “Chloe and Keith’s Wedding” video has been ranked by Time Magazine as one of The Internet’s 99 Greatest Hits and has also been featured on The Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America in addition to various British, Australian and Japanese networks.
For those who haven’t had the chance to view this hilarious wedding clip, go ahead and take a look. It is 44 seconds of sheer wedding pandemonium. In the video, Chloe, is about to exchange rings with her soon to be husband as the best man trips and knocks her into the pool mid-ceremony.
Fast forward three years later and the word is out: the clip was a part of a scripted feature film. It turns out that this hilarious, fun-filled clip is part of an indie-romantic comedy that portrays one of the most outlandish weddings out there! Director Archie Gips and Producer Dennis Anderson posted the clip online as a creative way to market their film. The wedding also took place at the home of producer Nancy Moonves.
