In case you haven’t noticed, spring is creeping around the corner. To prepare ourselves, we’ve turned to Catherine Hess, a Senior Core Fusion teacher and Holistic Health Counselor at one of our favorite Miami locations, Exhale MindBody Spa. Here’s her approach to healthfully embracing Spring:
1. Simply get to class. Following a harsh winter, this can be particularly challenging, but also tremendously rewarding. Just showing up to workout is the first step.
2. Bask in the beauty of Spring. Appreciate the beautiful changes around you.
3. Lighten up. We mean this literally. Incorporate lighter foods into your plate, such as spinach, rhubarb, watercress, and asparagus.
