Music is almost all of my motivation for working out and is a huge factor that keeps me moving. I love music. A fast beat that is fun and energetic fuels my workout more than any other thought in my head could. Hopefully you feel the same way and need it to get you through a tough workout. For weight lifting it’s rap and for cardio it’s house/EDM, so it depends on what I’m doing and how hard I want to work. This summer we’ve been exposed to an interesting array of music but none the less it’s still getting me to move in the gym.
