As a condition to attending our event, you agree to the following Terms of Service (which we may revise with notice from time to time):

Registration Fees. Event non-refundable registration fees are payable in full prior to entry to our event.
Changes Permitted. We reserve the right to change ticket pricing and/or the date and/or the venue of our events at any time with notice.
Tickets Not Transferrable. Tickets to our events are valid only for your personal use; you may not assign or transfer your ticket to another party. Please keep your ticket safe, as we may deny you entry if a third party enters our event with your ticket.
Swag bags are only available at the event. No refunds or late retrievals available.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years old to attend our event. We require valid identification for each registrant.
Right to Reject Applicant, Deny Entry or Eject. We reserve the right to reject any application for registration, to deny entry to any registrant (provided that we refund the registration fee), and to eject any registrant who violates the Terms of Service from an event (without refund of the registration fee).
You agree not to do any of the following at our event:
Misrepresent that you are engaged.
Violate our “business casual” dress code (e.g., no flip flops or sneakers).
Drink irresponsibly, or harass, intimidate or threaten any person.
Damage the venue (e.g. stain carpets, damage walls, furniture or booths).
Promote any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
Promote a product, event or service of a party other than Wedding Salon and our authorized vendors to any vendor or registrant without written consent.
Solicit or collect personal information from vendors or registrants.
Bring a minor or a stroller.
Assumption of Risk.
Lost or stolen items. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items; please do not leave your valuables unattended.
Your interactions with third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for losses or damages of any sort arising from (a) your business dealings or other interactions with third parties (for example, performance by a vendor under an agreement to provide products or services to you; or breach of the terms of any promotion, advertisement or raffle promoted by a third party); or (b) use of your personal information by third parties (e.g., by vendors or sponsors of raffles).
No guarantee or warranty. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee that you will book any vendors that you meet at our event for your wedding. We provide our services “as is”, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.
Use of Your Personal Information
Database of Personal Information. We maintain personal information that you provide to us on your registration form, online or otherwise in a database, including without limitation your name, postal and email addresses, and other contact and/or demographic information (your “Personal Information”).
Sharing of Information. We may use your Personal Information to contact you directly, and may share your Personal Information with vendors of potential interest to you, who may then contact you.
Sole Liability. You agree to be exclusively liable for any and all damages arising from use of information that you (i) provide to Wedding Salon; (ii) directly or indirectly make available to vendors; or (iii) post or distribute on or through our site.
No Misrepresentations. You agree not to provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to Wedding Salon or to any affiliated vendor.
Your privacy is very important to us. Although we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of your personal information, we may disclose such information if and as required by law, and cannot guarantee that that your information will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties due to limitations of security safeguards.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wedding Salon, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third party service providers, from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising from (a) your violation of these Terms of Service or the rights of any third party; (b) risks assumed by you hereunder; (c) damage that you cause to the venue or other property; (d) your interactions with third parties (e.g. vendors); and/or (e) your violation of any applicable laws, rules (including those of the venue) or regulations.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Wedding Salon, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, supplies or third party service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, regardless of legal theory, whether or not they have been warned of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. The aggregate liability of such parties to you for claims brought by you arising from our event and/or use of your personal information shall not exceed the aggregate amount you paid to register for our event.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction. These Terms of Service are governed by New York law (except for its conflicts of laws principles). All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services that we provide must be litigated exclusively in federal or state Court of New York County, New York, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
These Terms of Service (as revised with notice from time to time) constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Wedding Salon with respect to our event, and supersede and replace any other agreements, terms and conditions applicable thereto. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If a provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full effect and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. You may not assign any of your rights in these Terms of Service, and any such attempt is void, but we may assign our rights to any of our affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest of our business.
Honor Code. You agree to promptly report to Wedding Salon any violation of the Terms of Service by others.
