With over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness guru and life coach in both Los Angeles and currently New York City, she has become one of the most sought after experts in the rapidly growing health and fitness industry. Kristin attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California on a Musical Theatre/Performance scholarship and later acquired her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from California State University Northridge. Her background includes more than 15 years of professional dance, encompassing jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop. She also competed in all-around gymnastics nationwide, fitness competitions, powerlifting and yoga. Kristin is not only a Lululemon Ambassador but also signed with top agency Wilhelmina in New York as a fitness model.

As a result of several life changing and challenging experiences, Kristin is able to relate, motivate and inspire individuals to overcome their own physical and emotional obstacles. She has motivated and inspired thousands of individuals from all walks of life to achieve their goals, conquer their fears and obtain maximum results not only in fitness but in life.
