Wedding Salon – Terms & Conditions for Event Registration
By registering for or attending a Wedding Salon or 4PM Events showcase (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket types and all attendees, regardless of state of residence or event location.
- Registration Fees
All event registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to entry.
- Event Changes
We may change pricing, programming, event date, hours, speakers, or venue at any time with prior notice.
- Tickets Are Non-Transferable
Tickets may not be transferred, reassigned, resold, or redeemed by another individual.
- Gift Bags
Gift bags are limited, not guaranteed, and only available to qualified attendees. No late pickups, replacements, or refunds.
- Promotional Tickets
Only engaged individuals (with proof), qualified planners, travel advisors, influencers, press, or industry partners may redeem promotional tickets.
- Minimum Age Requirement
All attendees must be 21+ with valid ID.
- Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests
We may reject any registration, deny entry, or eject any attendee who violates these Terms, disrupts the event, or behaves inappropriately. No refunds will be issued.
- Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Misrepresent your engagement status or professional credentials
- Violate the business casual dress code
- Harass, threaten, or disrupt guests, vendors, or staff
- Damage venue property
- Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Promote products or services without approval
- Solicit information unless an approved exhibitor
- Bring minors or strollers
- Record or broadcast without consent
- Distribute unapproved promotional materials
- Assumption of Risk
Lost or Stolen Property
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
Third Party Interactions
We are not liable for dealings between attendees and vendors or sponsors.
Health & Safety
You assume all risks associated with illness, injury, or participation.
- No Guarantee or Warranty
Attendance does not guarantee that you will:
- Book vendors
- Receive services
- Win raffles or promotions
- Receive a gift bag
Services are provided “as is,” without warranties.
- Use of Personal Information
11A. Information We Collect Personal data is used for event purposes.
11B. Sharing with Vendors We may share contact information with exhibitors and sponsors.
11C. SMS/Text Consent You consent to receiving SMS/text messages. Reply STOP to opt out.
11D. Public Event Spaces Privacy cannot be guaranteed.
- Photo, Video & Social Media Release
By attending, you allow us to record and use your likeness worldwide in perpetuity without compensation.
- Attendee Liability
You are responsible for information you share, your conduct, and any damage caused.
- No Misrepresentations
You agree not to submit false information.
- Privacy Practices
We protect personal data to a reasonable extent but cannot guarantee security.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your actions.
- Attorney’s Fees
If we must enforce these Terms due to your actions, you agree to pay legal costs.
- Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to uncontrollable events. No refunds.
- Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the registration fee paid. We are not liable for consequential damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes must be resolved in New York County courts.
- Multi State Compliance
These Terms comply with all applicable state requirements. California residents may have additional privacy rights.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Honor Code
You agree to report violations of these Terms.
