1. Registration Fees All event registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to entry.
2. Changes Permitted We reserve the right to change ticket pricing, event date, or venue at any time with prior notice.
3. Tickets Non-Transferable Tickets are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another party.
4. Gift Bags Gift bags are available at the event to qualified attendees only. No refunds or late retrievals once they run out.
5. Promotional Tickets Promotional tickets are reserved for engaged individuals with valid proof of engagement and qualified planners with credentials.
6. Minimum Age Attendees must be 21 years or older. Valid ID is required.
7. Right to Reject, Deny Entry, or Eject We reserve the right to reject any registration, deny entry (with refunded registration fee), and eject any registrant violating the Terms of Service from the event (without a registration fee refund).
8. Prohibited Actions Attendees agree not to:
- Misrepresent themselves as engaged or a credentialed planner.
- Violate the business casual dress code (e.g., no flip flops, athletic attire, or sneakers).
- Drink irresponsibly, or harass, intimidate, or threaten any person.
- Damage the venue (e.g., stain carpets, damage walls, furniture, or booths).
- Promote fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
- Promote products, events, or services without written consent.
- Solicit or collect personal information from vendors or registrants to promote a company not exhibiting at Wedding Salon.
- Bring minors or strollers.
9. Assumption of Risk
- Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; please do not leave valuables unattended.
- Interactions with Third Parties: We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your dealings with third parties or use of your personal information by third parties (e.g., vendors or sponsors of raffles).
10. No Guarantee or Warranty We do not guarantee that you will book any vendors you meet. Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranty. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Use of Personal Information
- Database of Personal Information: We maintain personal information you provide (e.g., name, contact details) in a database.
- Sharing of Information: We may contact you directly and do share your personal information with participating vendors.
12. Sole Liability You are solely liable for any damages arising from the use of information you provide to us, vendors, or post on our site.
13. No Misrepresentations You agree not to provide inaccurate, misleading, or false information to Wedding Salon or affiliated vendors.
14. Privacy We strive to maintain the privacy of your personal information but cannot guarantee its security. We may disclose your information as required by law.
15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wedding Salon, 4PM Events, all staff and its affiliates from any losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service.
- Assumed risks.
- Damage caused to the venue or property.
- Interactions with third parties (e.g., vendors).
- Violation of laws or regulations.
16. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Salon and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages. The aggregate liability for claims arising from the event or use of your personal information will not exceed the registration fee paid.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by New York law. All claims must be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of New York County, New York.
18. Entire Agreement These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Wedding Salon, superseding any prior agreements. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours to affiliates, subsidiaries, or business successors.
19. Honor Code You agree to report any violations of the Terms of Service to Wedding Salon.
